Returns and exchanges are offered on unopened, unused products within 30 days of placing your order. Please contact us within those 30 days and we will issue you a ‘Return Merchandise Authorization’ (RMA). You will be responsible for return shipping and the item must be received in new condition to receive credit for your return. Full credit will be applied to your Lash Tavern account as a store credit for future use. Alternatively you may elect to have the amount refunded to your original payment method minus a 20% restocking fee. Returns must be received within 10 days of RMA issue.
If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item please notify us within 3 days of receiving your package. To have an item corrected, deemed as defective or damage you must send us documentation of the damage within 3 days of receiving your order. Documentation would include video or pictures of the damaged product. Once damage or defect is determined we will ship your replacement within 1 business day.
Due to the nature of eyelash extension adhesive, no returns or exchanges will be given on adhesives or used/opened products.

We offer comprehensive insurance on any package for an additional fee and this option must be chosen at checkout.
If insurance is not added at checkout:
You retain all liability for the package once the order has been received by the carrier. Any claims for packages that are lost, damaged, delayed or for any other reason will need to be made directly with the carrier. Packages shipped USPS Priority Mail will include $50 in automatic coverage directly through USPS. Additional coverage or coverage with other shipping methods is not included or guaranteed.

We will retain liability for the package until it is marked as delivered by the carrier. Any problems including packages lost, damaged, delayed or for any other reason will be handled directly by Lash Tavern.
If a package is received damaged: a claim must be made within 2 business days of receipt. The claim must include a description of the products that were damaged as well as images of the damage.
If a package is lost in transit: after a package is late 2 days please contact us and we will make contact with the carrier to trace the location of the package. If the package is deemed lost by the carrier or if there is no tracking data changes for 3 days after the guaranteed delivery date and the carrier is unable to offer a package update we will reship the package. For packages shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail (where delivery date is not guaranteed) we will reship the package after 15 days of tracking inactivity. Please contact customer service if you feel your package is lost.
If a package is marked as delivered but not received: It is the responsibility of the customer to insure that a secure location is available for delivery. If a package is likely to be left on a porch or unattended we require the Signature Delivery to be added to your order to receive insurance coverage. No coverage is offered for packages delivered to an unsecured location. If a package was marked as delivered to a secure location and not received, claim must be made within 2 business days of delivery. We require 7 days to pass after the claim is made to process the claim.

To adhere to industry standards we require all users to hold a valid cosmetology license or certification, aesthetic license or certification, nail technician license or certification, accredited lash educated certification or salon owner license. If you are in the industry and do not have one of the proceeding certifications please contact us for clarification prior to ordering.

Verification would include license/certification number and license board (for example: Board of Cosmetology, Board of Aesthetics etc) or a picture of the license/certification. Your order may experience delay or be cancelled if this information is not received.
Delivery and Deliverability
It is the responsibility of the user/customer to ensure the shipping address on each order is correct and secure. Lash Tavern cannot be held responsible for packages that are marked as delivered or undeliverable as addressed. Any claims for such will need to be made by the customer directly with the shipping company. Signature delivery is available on all domestic orders by choosing the option on the checkout page.
Review and Comments
Reviews and comments placed on our website are the views of third party users and not guaranteed or endorsed by Lash Tavern. Reviews and comments that reference third party companies, websites or products will automatically not be published. Reviews that reference products or services other then the product reviewed are eligible for moderation and may not be published. Once an account has reached 3 moderated comments all future comments will automatically be rejected.
As a user of our website you guarantee that you are acting in a practice that is in accordance with all federal, state and local laws. This includes adhering to any license or certification requirements. If you do not meet these standards you may not purchase from Lash Tavern.
In using Lash Tavern products you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. The user will indemnify, hold harmless and defend Lash Tavern, its owners, employees and independent contractors and any others acting on behalf of Lash Tavern and under no circumstance hold Lash Tavern or it’s agents liable for any claims, liabilities, demands, suits, attachments, losses, penalties, judgments, fines, expenses or settlements. This is to include court costs and reasonable attorney fees that are incident to any direct, indirect, incidental or economic matter associated with your purchase or use of Lash Tavern products. For all such claims and actions for any suggested actual or alleged negligence, Lash Tavern’s sole liability will be limited to products purchase price that is in question.
