Returns and exchanges are offered on unopened, unused products within 30 days of placing your order. Please contact us within those 30 days and we will issue you a ‘Return Merchandise Authorization’ (RMA). You will be responsible for return shipping and the item must be received in new condition to receive credit for your return. Full credit will be applied to your Lash Tavern account as a store credit for future use. Alternatively you may elect to have the amount refunded to your original payment method minus a 20% restocking fee. Returns must be received within 10 days of RMA issue.
If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item please notify us within 3 days of receiving your package. To have an item corrected, deemed as defective or damage you must send us documentation of the damage within 3 days of receiving your order. Documentation would include video or pictures of the damaged product. Once damage or defect is determined we will ship your replacement within 1 business day.
Due to the nature of eyelash extension adhesive, no returns or exchanges will be given on adhesives or used/opened products or kits containing adhesives.
If a return package is received without a valid authorization written on the outside of the package as instructed, it will be rejected and the carrier will be instructed to return to sender. The sender is responsible for tracking and retrieval of the package from their carrier.
