Return Policy

 

Returns and exchanges are offered on unopened, unused products within 30 days of placing your order. Please contact us within those 30 days and we will issue you a ‘Return Merchandise Authorization’ (RMA). You will be responsible for return shipping and the item must be received in new condition to receive credit for your return. A 20% restocking fee applies to any return (this is not applicable for damaged or defective items). Returns must be received within 10 days of RMA issue.

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item please notify us within 3 days of receiving your package. To have an item corrected, deemed as defective or damage you must send us documentation of the damage within 3 days of receiving your order. Documentation would include video or pictures of the damaged product. Once damage or defect is determined we will ship your replacement within 1 business day.

Due to the nature of eyelash extension adhesive, no returns or exchanges will be given on adhesives or used/opened products or kits containing adhesives.

Discounted discontinued or closeout items are final sale items and are not eligible for return or credit.

Education program unenrollment requests must be received within 7 days of enrollment or before 4 lessons of the course have been completed, whichever occurs first. If a kit/course combo is purchased, as per the above information the kit is unable to be returned and the kit cost will be deducted from unenrollment credit.

If a return package is received without a valid authorization written on the outside of the package as instructed, it will be rejected and the carrier will be instructed to return to sender. The sender is responsible for tracking and retrieval of the package from their carrier.
