It’s something every technician has to deal with at one point or another. While it is easy to point to the adhesive as being the problem, there are numerous other factors that can contribute to individual and/or complete client retention problems.

As a general policy, due to the numerous factors involved in client retention and per our terms and conditions we do not offer a guarantee on our adhesive. We do not price this into our adhesive and we happily pass those savings on to you.
